- The products you’re interested in and any project details you share
- Whether you want supply only or would like a recommended installer
- Whether you are a trade customer

How and why we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote — steps taken at your request before entering into any contract
- To supply products and arrange delivery
- Where you ask us to, to recommend a FENSA-approved installer — which may involve sharing your contact and project details with that installer
- To set up and manage a trade account, if you request one
- To keep business records and meet our legal obligations
Our lawful bases for processing are: taking steps at your request prior to a contract and performing a contract; your consent (which you can withdraw at any time); and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our business.
Who we share your data with
- Recommended installers — independent, FENSA-approved installers, only where you ask us to recommend one. They are separate businesses responsible for their own use of your data.
- Service providers — our website and enquiry forms are hosted by Netlify, which stores form submissions on our behalf as a data processor.
- We do not sell your personal data or share it for third-party marketing.
International transfers
Some of our service providers (for example Netlify) may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards — such as UK-approved standard contractual clauses — are in place to protect your information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and quote data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our legitimate business and legal purposes — typically no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law or for an ongoing order.
